Description
Depending on the topic, target group and other factors, the courses take place in different learning formats. Take a look at what you can expect from each learning format.
Standard training
A standard training course is a course with standardized content that is carried out live at fixed times. It may be implemented as a face-to-face training course at our training center or online. Whichever it is, we always focus on lots of practical demonstrations and exercises to ensure that what is learned has a direct link to personal experiences.
Face-to-face training
If the training takes place at the Kaiserslautern training center, participants have access to a training PC in the training room.
We use a modern SMART Board to work through the learning material and for presentations.

You can exchange ideas with other participants over drinks and snacks at the coffee bar and a lunch together. Information on travel and accommodation can be found in the menu My course participation > Directions and accommodation.
Online training
If the training takes place online, the trainer and participants communicate with each other via Microsoft Teams.
Practical explanations and exercises take place in a virtual training environment. Trainers can use classroom software to observe a participant's virtual training environment and provide targeted support to individuals:

We use various software, such as an online whiteboard, to work through the learning material.
Carry out a technical check in advance to ensure that you can access our systems or have your IT administrator activate access in good time. You will find information on the technical check in your course.
E-learning
An e-learning course is an online course with no fixed time or location; you work on the content independently. The content is covered using videos, screenshots, images, texts and interactive elements. The integrated quiz questions and test scenarios help to consolidate what you have learned.
In the course, you open individual learning packages as pop-ups that convey the learning material to you. Make sure that you can use a headset or speakers. It is also a good idea to try out and practise the features shown in your own test environment for the Insiders product presented.
After registering for the e-learning course, you can get started immediately. The activation period is 30 days. Plan your time well and complete the learning packages bit by bit. We will of course be available to answer any questions you may have during the course.

Web lesson
A web lesson is a 60 to 90-minute online training session that presents the content live at fixed times and that, depending on the topic, explores the content in more depth in the system using practical demonstrations.
We use Microsoft Teams and possibly an online whiteboard for presentations and communication.

Customized training
A customized training is always conducted exclusively for your company on an individually agreed date. The content can correspond to that of the standard training courses or be specially tailored to your needs.
It can take place online, at your premises or at our training center in Kaiserslautern.
Information on participating in an online or a face-to-face training at our Kaiserslautern Training Center can be found in the standard training learning format.
If the training takes place on your premises, you should provide a suitable training room with one PC per participant and an appropriate presentation system, depending on the training.
Lunch & Learn
A Lunch & Learn is a free 45-minute web lesson during which we present a short topic from our product world.
The Lunch & Learn takes place at irregular intervals at the best "lunch time" from 12:00 to 12:45 on changing topics.

Blended learning
Blended learning is a predefined combination of one or more live training courses (standard course and/or web lesson) and one or more e-learning courses.
