As a guest on the learning platform
If you are not registered, you are a guest on our leaning platform. You can find out information about our Akademie, our range of courses and the associated general conditions. You can also take part in courses that are open to guests by logging in as
a guest on our log in page.
For access to our complete range of courses, you must first register on the learning platform. More information about registration and the option of creating a new user account is provided on our log in page.
Please bear in mind that you can only register yourself personally and not your company or department. If you would like to enroll someone other than yourself on courses just contact us by e-mail or give us a call.
Your course enrollment
As soon as your registration has been activated, you can enroll for courses.
More information, including about the course dates that are currently available, is provided in the course overview on the home page. You select the date when enrolling for the particular course.
Before enrolling for a course, please check whether you meet the necessary requirements. Information on the requirements is provided in the course description. If you do not meet some of the requirements please contact us before you enroll so that we
can discuss your participation with you on an individual basis.
You will receive an e-mail with the enrollment confirmation after you have enrolled.
More information about your course participation is provided in the course itself or can be obtained from the trainer via the Announcements forum. You will automatically receive the messages that the trainer posts in the Announcements forum by e-mail
The tech check
To ensure that everything runs smoothly during your online training and that you have
trouble-free access to the conference and our training environment, we offer a
Tech Check section in the respective course.
Follow the instructions described there. Try out a test call in MS Teams and the remote access to a
test machine to see if everything works.
If something does not work perfectly at
the first try, we will provide advice and help you to solve the problem.
