In this training course, you will learn about our Act Professional product and receive a thorough introduction to its interface and operation. We explain where the data for the real-time and retrospective view areas comes from and what the various dashboards with their views tell you.
After the training, you will be able to use the interface. You will be able to select filters, attributes, and key figures to refine the information displayed in a view. You will be able to select the appropriate dashboard for your question and interpret the view.
We place great emphasis on a high proportion of practical demonstrations and exercises!
