The learning formats
Depending on the topic, target group and other factors, the courses take place in different learning formats. Take a look at what you can expect from each learning format.
Standard training
A standard training course is a course with standardized content that is carried out live at fixed times. It may be implemented as a face-to-face training course at our training center or online. Whichever it is, we always focus on lots of practical demonstrations and exercises to ensure that what is learned has a direct link to personal experiences.
Face-to-face training
If the training takes place at the Kaiserslautern training center, participants have access to a training PC in the training room.
We use a modern SMART Board to work through the learning material and for presentations.
You can exchange ideas with other participants over drinks and snacks at the coffee bar and a lunch together. Information on travel and accommodation can be found in your course.
Online training
If the training takes place online, the trainer and participants communicate with each other via Microsoft Teams.
Practical explanations and exercises take place in a virtual training environment. Trainers can use classroom software to observe a participant's virtual training environment and provide targeted support to individuals:
We use various software, such as an online whiteboard, to work through the learning material.
Carry out a technical check in advance to ensure that you can access our systems or have your IT administrator activate access in good time. You will find information on the technical check in your course.
